Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP), Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has challenged former President, John Mahama to go and organize diplomats again and show videos of the shootings in Kumasi that led to the killing of an NDC member and the maiming of another.
According to the MP, this will show how fair the former President is.
“I am challenging President Mahama, he should go and show the videos of the shootings to diplomats again…,” he said on Adom TV on Tuesday
“He should go and tell the Diplomats that he formed the Hawks and sponsored that and they have killed a party member…,” he added.
The former President came under criticisms for showing videos of the violence that happened at the Ayawaso West Wuogon to Diplomats.
He however maintained that he did nothing wrong as according to him, the Diplomats were already aware of the happenings in this country.
“No amount of government-sponsored propaganda and distraction will take away the stigma of the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election, as the darkest day in the history of Ghana’s 4th Republican democracy,” the former President wrote on his Facebook wall Monday.
But Ken Agyapong insists that he should organise the same diplomats and show the videos of the killing at the NDC headquarters in Kumasi to them if he wants people to start taking him seriously.
