The short commission presents final report and findings to the president

On Thursday, 14th March, 2019, the president received the report of the Emile Short Commission of Inquiry, established to look into the incidents of violence that occurred during the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election.

Justice Emile Short was confident that the findings and recommendations of the report will be “useful in shaping reforms for the future”.

“I thanked the Members of the Commission for the work done and for agreeing to take on this assignment” – President Akufo-Addo
