Can’t we see this is real madness? Are we even serious as a country? Today seems to be World Water Day’ and we are seriously talking about the pollution of our water bodies, and the disasters this is causing.
In no time, Ghana will go to any of her neighboring countries to borrow water. Meanwhile, we’ve had some foreigners here in the country extracting minerals from our land, destroying the river bodies with top men in their support so nothing seems to be done about it.
Do we care about the vulnerable? The leaders must be up and doing?
Why do we have to wait for a disaster to happen before we look for a cure?
Why don’t we prevent it first than making it happening before we cry for help? If we are really serious as a nation, why do we have National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) and not National Disaster Prevention Authority?
I pity my country. Ghana must wake up. Every individual has a responsibility.
