The Communication Secretariat of the opposition National Democratic Congress in the Essikado-Ketan Constituency of the Western Region has advised the Incumbent Member of Parliament for the New Patriotic Party ‘NPP’, Hon. Joe Ghartey to call his constituency executives to order over vile propoganda with full of lies and insults aimed at attacking and tarnishing the high earned reputation of NDC parliamentary candidate, Prof. Grace Dr. Ayensu-Danquah.
According to the Essikado-Ketan NDC Communication Officer, Taylor Frederick, Hon. Joe Ghartey who has been the Member of Parliament for the constituency for 16 years and have nothing relevant to showcase as a developmental projects being qualitative or quantitative.
Moreover the mediocre and shambolic Performance by the Essikado-Ketan NPP parliamentary candidate for the past sixteen years has created strong dislike and aversion among the larger constituents of Essikado-Ketan constituency.
Mr. Taylor Frederick continued that the NPP executives and their hired commentators have resorted to unnecessary politicking by bad-mouth and falsifying things about Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah when they have the opportunity to speak on the airwaves at any radio stations in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis.
This was revealed when Vision1 FM Western Regional Correspondent Benjamin Bray cited a press statement signed by Taylor Frederick as the communication officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress in the Essikado-Ketan Constituency.
In the press statement, the communication secretariat of Essikado-Ketan “NDC” debunked recently allegations when their first female parliamentary candidate was tagged with donating damage medical equipments to Kansaworado Chps Compound Constituency
Meanwhile the Medical practioner is said to be a professor of medicine at the University of Utah in the United State of America and at the University of Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana.
Again she is the Chief Executive Officer of Healing Hands Organization with track records, both professional and academia field.
“the Executives of the New Patriotic Party ‘NPP’ have notice the treat that the medical officer who double as the first female Parliamentary Candidate in the constituency poses to their failed Member of Parliament for the Constituency hence the unnecessary and unwarranted attacks on National Democratic Congress Parliamentary Candidate”, NDC Communication Secretariat emphasize in the press statement.
Information gathered indicate that there isn’t any CHPs compound at Kansaworado at currently. Meanwhile the Kansaworado Queenmother and her entourage deeply thought of the health status of the commuters and therefore made provision of some apartment within the palace to be established as CHPs Compound where the Essikado-Ketan NDC parliamentary Candidate, Prof. Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah came in with medical equipments to help the community to set up the mini health facility.
“We would like to state ccategorically that, the statement is purportedly lies, the items are in good conditions and the Queenmother who received the equipments I behalf of the community has come out of debunked the falsehood statement”, Taylor Frederick added.
The Essikado-Ketan National Democratic Congress communication Secretariat has therefore debunked towards Prof. Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah.
Meanwhile they accepted the fact that the constituency needs development not attacks and intimidation whereas they wish that the vile outmoded means of communication will be abandoned and push for a debate between their parliamentary candidate, Prof. Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah and the incumbent Member of Parliament, Hon. Joe Ghartey to enable voters the opportunity to make an informed choice.
The western regional correspondent for Vision1 FM, Benjamin Bray’s effort in reaching the New Patriotic Party ‘NPP’ at the Essikado-Ketan Constituency to respond to these allegations levelled against them by the opposition National Democratic Congress has proved futile.
